It’s a strange thing to write an about page. To attempt to effectively squish my magic and humanness into a concise set of words that tells you what you need to know so that you can decide if you want to lean in a little closer.
And I sure hope you do.
Here’s why – after more than 12 years of having a business online and with all the uncertainty that comes with it – I know this for sure: somehow, again and again (and again and again), I am blessed by having the most incredible humans show up in and for my work.
I so hope you believe me when I say, you are so very welcome, wanted, and invited here. All of you.
No shrinking, contorting, puffing up, or diminishing. Just you in all of your simplicity and complexity.
And I hope that after you’ve read through this missive, you’ll reach out and tell me something about you. What you care about, what you deeply crave, what you’re reaching for, what you most want to do with what you have and who you are.

I’m not for everybody, but I am absolutely for us.
I work at the intersection of soul expression, Self-development, meaningful work, and visibility.
Coaching, photography, healing + intuitive arts, and attachment repair are the mediums I work with most. I work through a trauma-informed, whole-person, magic-as -a-practical-and-necessary-practice, equity-centered lens.
I am 100% completely and totally human. Imperfect and ever-evolving.
I have done spectacular things in my life so far — broken spells, healed traumas, created businesses, published articles and magazines, done meaningful work, helped others do their meaningful work, birthed and raised beautiful babies, helped others birth and raise beautiful babies, made lots of money, helped others make lots of money, mended lineages, contributed beauty to our world, and nurtured relationships.
I have also failed spectacularly — broken hearts (my own and others), missed opportunities (and bids for connection), spent way too much time being brutally hard on myself (and others), struggled with impatience, lack of faith, and the kind of magical thinking that’s not all that magical.
I am devoted.
I care.
I am tenacious.
I embrace and even thrive in the light of complexities.
I love the ease that comes with essentialism - simplicity can be so sexy.
These are not at odds with me.

I am large, vast, and deep. I am steady in the midst of messy and hard. I am steady in the midst of magnificence and ambition. Some would call that having great capacity
— I call it love.
Your dreams + successes will never be too big or too small in my presence.
Neither will your heartbreak or grief.
I am a mother.
A daughter… and granddaughter.
I am an only child who was raised by a single mother.
I come from broken and whole lineages, immigrants, settlers, catholic heretics, and the Jewish diaspora.
My first and longest vocational call is that of mother.
Mothering is personal as well as cultural -
it’s important to grok this.
I understand my mothering differently now than I did when I began 29 years ago. I’ll have new understandings in 10 years and 10 years after that.
Right now my children are 28, 25, 22, 14.
I am for the first time since I was 21 years old, no longer mothering young children. This and my own mid-life + peri-menopause journey are shaping my life and work in profound ways.
My body and my intimate relationships have always directly influenced and informed my work – this is true for us all and one of the reasons why I can only offer holistic support.
We aren’t meant to be siloed off - not from each other or the different aspects of our life. Corporate work culture isn’t designed with our thriving in mind. Our applied creativity will save us.
I have learned that I feel most safe and at ease in the presence of authenticy - my own as well as others. My work is rooted in a desire to help us all see and be seen as and through our authentic selves. This of course means seeing ourselves.
I believe in beauty.
The kind that summons awe.
The kind that reminds us of implicit good.
The kind that inspires hope.

In the 90’s and early 2000’s I had my first three babes. I also trained and worked as a massage therapist, parenting coach, cranial sacral therapist, touch for health practitioner, birth doula, childbirth educator, prayer chaplain, and a variety of other holistic health modalities.
In the decades to follow, I trained and worked as an equity-centered coach, branding specialist, publisher, account manager, accounts payable manager, creative director, and more.
I help healers and leaders see and be in their fullest expression. My goal is to do this first and foremost by being, seeing, and living my own fullest expression.
My people are wise, rebellious seekers, ambitious, strong, deep, visionary, kind, creative, *call* answering, difference-makers at a threshold calling them into something new.
