Over the last 30 years I’ve gained experience and trainings in a variety of modalities and pathways including trauma informed coaching, attachment repatterning, resilience tools, bodywork, energy modalities, community building, birthwork, and whole person wellness. I’ve seen inside dozens and dozens of businesses and helped hundreds of visionary entrepreneurs, leaders, and healers develop right-fit + shape businesses and bodies of work.
My approach to visibility integrates spirit, psyche, soma, and strategy. Because bringing it all into coherence is how you fall in love with both the process and the outcome of showing up.
